Lotus Does the Time Warp
Discussion in the Lotus owners forums.
1975. Ah what a year (not so for Nixon advisors but hey you can’t please all the people). Lotus hopes to encourage early buyers with $19,000 in options fitted standard on the Launch Edition, here in the third quarter. Spokesman Jon Stretton says the previous figure was only indicative and the long options lists compares with the way rivals such as Porsche priced their cars.
