Classic Throttle Shop have one as well.  No idea on price but I thought they'd be about 6-700

Same car going by the location photos.

Having owned a 1960s Aston Martin 6 cylinder ,a well set up one with full Australian history (pity I never fitted the fuel injection) I can understand the attraction ,all alloy body ,cottage industry built car,VM leather hides and good strong gearbox's .

Having driven a lot of them ,best some them up as fine late 1959s touring cars that were built into the early '70s. Truck like and unless to Vantage specs ,nothing special in the speed stakes ,but a nice car to drive quick in the wet.

Price wise ,a quality period or restored Jaguar E-type 3.8 coupe would run rings around one for a 1/3 of the price ..say 400k for the e-type.

Must be the James Bond thingy.

Bit unfair unfair bench marking against a E Type coupe. You should be comparing the DB5 to a 2+2 E-Type given they are both 4 seaters.
