A mate of mine is looking to lower his Roadster once its back from Europe (He is doing a month long tour in his own car, bastard!), He has done some research and seems to like the Eibach stuff, but cant find anyone who stocks the gear to do the Vantage, anyone done this or know who to talk to? Or any other suggestions (Leaving it alone isnt an option i dont think....) on what to use etc?

There are a few eibach re-sellers, or buy direct from the importer, or even buy from europe.

I doubt anyone here will have stock, but it's no big del, just order it in.

Are they not height adjustable anyway? maybe just turn the platforms to lower it??? But a spring kit shouldn't be that hard for anyone.

It'll need a 4 wheel align afterwards too of course.

Just a couple of things I have found out, Eibach will not sell to any distributor as they are under licence to Prodrive for the springs made exclusively for the Vantage. Prodrive will not sell to overseas; they will only fit by sending your vehicle to them. I found this out when my vehicle was on the way back from the UK after a European drive trip. Sigh!
Next best thing and a lot cheaper is H&R springs. I had them fitted which lowered the vehicle 23mm which in my opinion is as far as you can go. Already experiencing some very minor scaping. Tremendous result with very little change in overall ride but pushing to the limits really does make a difference. Fitted 295 x 30 x 19 on the back with Yokohama AD08s which give plenty of grip. Had the 4 wheel alignment and a bit of negative camber on the fronts to really make things work.
I hope this has helped.

I'm more interested in the part about him using his own car in Europe, the impression I get is he has air freighted his car to Europe from Australia and is driving it around there for a month??????????

ANy info on how he did it would be helpful, cheers.

PS: get an angle grinder out and tell him to start grinding away at the springs, that would lower it, that works for all those stupid VL commos and Low-Lux's
(jks)

You can say I'm wrong, but my garage doesn't agree with that statement!!!

I believe it had something to do with the Aston Martin Club.. For any more info you would need to ask AMV, as it was him that went away!
