If BMW Classic is a completely different division to that of BMW generally, then Classic is much better. In 2009 I placed an order for a new front bumper for a 1989 car (I couldn't find a spare in Oz at the time, so decided to try them).

They responded promptly, manufactured a new one for me and it was at my panel beaters within 2 weeks of placing the order.

That's better than you would get with a brand new model.
A few years back my wife managed to drive her almost new X3 through a fence and into a building development
It needed a shitload of parts and a full respray. The car took nearly 2 months to fix, not because of delays in the panel shop; but the fact that BMW couldn't supply a front bumper for a bloody current model car that they were flogging at the time.

They supplied it as soon as they'd stopped laughing 8-)

The things women do *sigh*

She was fine, as was my number one son who was around 8mths old at the time.

The last time I bent a car was when I ran out of talent, not attention span

To the best of my recollection I've bent 4 cars in my 30 years behind the wheel  :scratchchin:

This was the first one. Not one of my finest moments, pissed and I ran out of talent

Last time I bent a car was over 10 years ago now.

M series?

Bent a wheel on the CSL when a powerslide got the better of me; but I'm not sure that really counts as it was pretty minor.
X5M has never been hit.

bending cars I'm about the same as Scott.
At 18 years of age I bent my fathers Falcon GT on a friday night doing laps of Bulleen road,in the wet balding tyres.
At 21 years of age approx out-braked myself in traffic and damaged the front of a Alfa GTV.
Late 20s a Holden caprice hit a water meter avoiding a kid running on the road, minor damage.
18 months ago RR,my own stupid fault.
I don't count scraps to race-cars,which the only 2 were to Formula cars (Brabham and the Lola-Buick I had.
