I have just gotten delivery of 1988 aston vantage volante fresh from UK, am sure it is the only one in Aus,
the flared wheelarches bonnet bulge and the 580 tweaked engine look so good in the metal imagine having 430+ hp back in the day!
really like the fact that when this was temporarily the fastest production car in the world you would be sweating cramped and breaking your bones in a mid engine lambo or ferrari on your own of course yet in this classy sublime GT  you have plush leather recliners, wood wood and more wood  back seats, sheer shameless power from a V8 and of course a pretty lady and all her luggage.
really feels looks and goes like a muscle car that knows its wines and cigars!
If it were any faster it would have arrived yesterday.

Yes, do that. Then post the story of why you want to sell and how much. We won't judge you for it.

...much
C'mon, do it!

as promised as least the first part  allan uber
dont really like the grey interior but to find an original RHD in this spec with 5 speed manual it is worth a retrim which is on the cards for the near future.

As a comparison, a new Testarossa in early 1989 was 88,000 pounds.

thats a rare car being a manual. The Aston Martin club in Australia is a great club, wonderful people, very understated people.
If your re-trimming her.....its still possible to get the correct Connolly VM hides,i'd try Lefflers in Melbourne or the Dutch fellow in Holland.
