Just joined the forum to do some reading on c63's and RS4's for my next car and stumbled across this thread. This Gio was mine, sold it last year 3 days after it was listed on AMCS. Interest in these cars seems to be growing. l had always harboured a desire to own once since seeing a car on display at Expo 88. Was an awesome car to drive (in a straight line) but l was never confident enough of the handling to push through the corners. A 304cu Group A engine stroked to 355 cu in a car weighing under 1200kg was a hoot.

Hi

I found out about this forum through the ARC Calder info going out and I just joined up and this is my 1st post, I was hoping there were some threads about Gio's here.

I have Prototype 001 it's the 1st Giocattolo made with the V8.

Are there any other owners.

Nice! I know of three other (ex?) owners, only two of which I remember, neither are active around here.

Edit: there are three mentioned in this thread, I forget the other.
