Agreed!! But I'm sure it can be overridden - same as the TV in motion function - I recently managed to get it over-ridden when installing dual head rest LCD entertainment screens for my 2 bosses in the rear seat! Now they can watch TV in the back seats and I can distracted too with the vehicle in motion!
