Everyone knows any car imported from Japan has had it's mileage reset one way or another. Doesn't mean it isn't a good car, but the mileage figure means nothing with cars imported from Japan (especially if it has gone through the auction houses before it was sold to the importer).

But it would look better on paper whe coming to sell it on...

Do the Koreans do it too?! Surely my 2005 Elantra I bought in 2008 with only 33,000km on it wouldn't have been tampered with!
