Very sad indeed. Age doesn't matter all the time, experience and maturity does. There are so many older drivers who just can't control the power that's available in their cars yet think they have the ability to match their driving ability delusions, this is not restricted to younger drivers. And on the other hand, you have Geoff Brabhams son who's a young teen and drive like a pro due to proper training...

Some of you may have heard about the crash in the US a few months ago involving an M5 driven by a teenager with 3 passengers, in an airport style community. All of them died..

I just read the official police report of the incident...quite sad and shocking. The kids had no chance as the car ploughed into the trees at 120mph  :faint:

Teenagers + limited driving experience + low visibility + very high powered car + high speed thrill ride = tragic outcome

weird feeling when someone is posting, then stops. same feeling when ben from rennteam was a usual poster driving his carrera GT, then tragedy struck.

I would be much prefer an 18 year old with brains to have an M5 rather than spend his moeny on some other piece of junk that could kill him and his mates in an accident.

My only bit of advice matey - If you crash in a big way expect to be on the news.
