I got this for my X5M as the "I accept" disclaimer has been pissing me off for the 2 years I have owned the car.
Guess what? Permanent TV and no change with the disclaimer  :banghead:

Perhaps it's model specific?

I haven't even used the TV since I got the car.

Email them with a request and they will send you a separate file for the Accept screen at no charge. Then burn it on to a new CD and do the same insert thing as before.

I was intending to do that, hopefully it won't be a problem :)

Did you just get sent the wrong disc????

Right disc, each one is model specific and carries your individual cars VIN identification.
