So when you are caring a cake in the front seat and have a crash the airbag does not go off damaging the cake. Simple.

So a quick update, spoke with QLD Transport and they put me in touch with a coach builder who is certified to put the restraint in. Got a quote, just over $200, the majority of which is for the engineers certificate. Should take about half an hour so booked in for Wednesday.

I'm going back to complete my auto engineers ticket then.

That ain't bad money for 1/2 hours work......

$20 for the bolt, $30ish for labour, $150 for the certificate. I was expecting it to be more, but I guess the spider actually is easy he can access both sides of the steel wall behind the seat with ease.
