The new C,S and now E look too similar. I mean, I love the design and all, but if you're shelling out decent coin for the cars, you wouldn't want people looking at a new E or S from the distance and mistaking it for a C. I've made that mistake thinking it was a C, but when drove past me, it was an S-Class.

looking at a S and thinking it's a C is a bit of a stretch.

Now confusing a 3 series with a 4 series bmw is easier.

Merc has done an Audi, see a A4 but then realise it's not, it's a 6 or an 8. They just get bigger but look VERY similar (outside anyway).

Porsche would never do that hahahahaha
