Wow...

 2.5 years isn't that long.

I might be in trouble.

GET A LOAD OF THIS !

Extract from the review… The new 911 Turbo S is ferociously quick. The headlining 0-62mph time is the figure 911 product director August Achleitner prefers to drop into any discussion as a means of outlining the performance gains made, even revealing that the 2.9sec figure it is on the conservative side. “We’ve actually measured it at 2.6sec in individual runs,” he says. But it is the 0-100mph time of 6.8sec, including a phenomenal 50 to 75mph split of 1.8sec, that better highlights the explosiveness of the acceleration, making the Turbo quicker to 100mph than all but a handful of road-legal supercars. Not even the 918 Spyder can claim to offer the same sort of performance out of the blocks, says Achleitner.

Ok...so I guess that answers it. All 911s will be turbo, but the 'cheap' one will be called Carrera and Carrera S.

The super cars will be the Turbo and Turbo S, so really, nothing changes.
I love my car. Buy your own

Interesting that for the first time the Turbo S uses bigger turbochargers than the lower-powered Turbo version.

The Autocar review was over the top by the look of it. The series 2 car is a little bit better, just like you'd expect.

Was actually disappointed they didn't talk more about the Kyalami Race Circuit. The changes that have been made and what Porsche SA plans to do with the track.

Agree to an extent but I partly blame Dan Prosser, his writing is as boring as his on camera presenting.
