In the 911R I want to see retro stripes, fuchs wheels, a duck tail and bucket houndstooth seats.

that would be the ultimate 911 IMO, but they never give the market (well that part of the market that wants a true driving experience) quite what it wants do they? :/

agreed, because it was just a dressed up 911.

Had it been built on a GT3 base with the performance and driving feel (and weight loss program) it would have been epic.

In all honesty, if i find myself in a 997 GT3 in the near future, I'd be putting those wheels and ducktail on it and having exactly that ^^^

I've seen a GT4 in that colour too. Amazing.
