Hi all
It look certain that the Next GT3 will be available in manual and PDK.
Just trying to work out do I go tor manual or PDK.
I have a GT4 which I enjoy driving as a manual but I have owned a PDK and really in a way prefere that.
Just trying to work out the pros and cons of going 6 speed manual versus PDK.

If you're keeping the GT4, have one of each :)

Really only you can answer that, there is no right nor wrong, it just comes down to what you want out of your driving experience.  For me it would be a manual as I enjoy the greater car control and feedback it gives you, but I do understand that a manual might not be as quick, however that is a sacrifice I want to pay for the my own driving enjoyment.

What spec is your GT4 BTW?

Yes that's true.
I suppose on that thought I enjoy the PDK more in the past with a PDK I drive in auto around town on my way to the hills but once I'm there it's manual and flappy paddles only.
I find the feel of the Gt4 different wonder if it's more the car rather then being a manual.
It would be interesting to drive a manual 911 maybe a GTS.
What will have better resale I wonder manual or PDK?
I don't keep my cars long so resale is worth considering would a manual be more sought after come time to sell.

What has a better resale, that is hard to say.  Buy it for your driving enjoyment with what you want out of a car, rather than the resale.

Yes that's true and at the end of the day that will decide it for me.
I will try and find some one that owns one maybe before I lock my build in.
I don't think they will be that rare this time around.

That's the thing everyone seems to be suggesting a manual but how many people that are actually buying one will go manual.
Any one out there with an allocation actually going manual?
