Can u not put a "hump" along your driveway. My neighbour did it wit approval from council - was tar

I might be weird; but we looked for years to find the right block to build on. One of my first priorities was driveway access. If that wasn't suitable then it didn't matter how great everything else was.

+1 for first thoughts.....Ive been looking for a new house recently and the first thing I look at is the driveway.. its my first priority, then as much parking as I can get. :)

I built a simple two piece ramp for my driveway when I got my first Lambo. It used to float down the street after a big rain. Then I discovered that I could get out without touching if I slowed down and went at an angle. :doh:

get a steel fabricator or got to a disposal shop and get some metal driveway ramps - they won't float away and they can be fabricated to look prettier than the one in this pic though the concept is the same.
Forgiveness is easier to achieve than permission!
