get a steel fabricator or got to a disposal shop and get some metal driveway ramps - they won't float away and they can be fabricated to look prettier than the one in this pic though the concept is the same.

I really like this idea, however the thought of someone tripping on this and being sued is not ideal for me..

Maybe you could get some maxtrax from a 4wd shop and grind them down on the ends so they sit flat, easy to move in and out when needed.

They look cool.

Japanese people may use these as a bed too...

Aaron, do you also scratch the middle of the car too on your way out or in? Can see a little hump there on your way in or out... Suspension will fix that, but Alvin's suggestion works very well and is the most cost effective way to fix your issue if the hump doesn't cause any damage.

I am the same as Scott, always look at the drive way or the garage when buying a property, so my wife is so used to doing that now.

Just cut and reshape the driveway, simples!
with a basement carpark, the hump in the driveway would stop water from the road flowing down hill. My guess would be adding concrete/bitumen to the join

I built a simple two piece ramp for my driveway when I got my first Lambo. It used to float down the street after a big rain. Then I discovered that I could get out without touching if I slowed down and went at an angle.
