Providing that the same driver drove the car for the timed lap, then that would make sense.

BTW - I reckon Sutcliff can drive. The others were amateurs...

After watching his lines on that video I couldn't agree with you on Sutcliffs driving. He drives rear engine cars like theyre front engine cars and relies on the built in ability of the car to correct his driving. That's why he has so many problems with over steer and understeer on the rear engine cars that he tests.

That he may do, however he was right up the other guys when he was behind them and then when he was in front in the slowest car he was pulling away.

Now back to the lap times.

If Sutcliffs skill as a driver is a 7 out of 10, then providing he is the one driving all the cars for the result, then it should provide a reasonably accurate result.
