I had a brief drive today. The looks are challenging but it is a very nice drive in the city. Smooth, feels solid, ample power.

I get the feeling car companies do this when they design a new car then they devolve it so they have a nice model to bring out down the line.

Is it cute perhaps?  I'll have to ask my wife.  She's an expert on a car's "prettiness".  I sent her the pic and she didn't respond. Never does to car pics any more. Burnt too often.

It's certainly not beautiful but I think the looks suit the 'city car' target.

Its only the drop in the back window that looks weird from that angle. Other than that it looks like a baby truck and not too bad at all.

I'm not an engineer but Id have the feeling that this design could weaken the side impact protection.

Hilarious ... Pics are just to prime wives for the eventual purchase. I generally add "look what I bought" to gauge the outrage/reaction
