Been looking at one and my family fits in just fine.

If you can fit a family in a golf that's part of the reason Holden have gone under here, better quality and a better city car.

The wife has a golf. Great car, heaps of room, comfortable to drive. No idea why you'd buy a commodore.

I did briefly, so I could better appreciate other cars....... :D

Except when you have to haul something back from Bunnings.

True, but this would be a third car for us, we have a car suitable for towing boat etc.

Having said that I can't recall the last time I took the boat out or went to Bunnings to buy anything that couldn't fit in a golf.

With the rear seats folded, the cargo space is huge and much bigger than a Commodore sedan's boot. The Golf isn't a small car any more.

Are there Tesla's being delivered to customers yet? If not then it would not be in contention, wait till next year.

Saw what I was fairly certain was a customer car leaving the car wash in Melbourne last weekend.

Deliveries start in December according to the Tesla forum.

Intersting.. It was a young asian couple, they didn't strike me as Tesla reps and the fact they were washing it suggested it was more than a test drive. That's all I was going on though.

We've had a red Tesla here in Perth for about 2 years now.  Im quite certain it's privately owned.
