The points in the Gallardo are behind the vertical carpet behind the seats - apparently the Superleggera had the option for a 4-point harness to be fitted there. I attached the rear tether strap to that mounting point.

I believe the top tether isn't mandatory in Europe so the manual had no information on that mounting point - only the instructions to disable the airbag.

Plenty of the kids in the cars - hopefully one of those shows the mounting point. I'll take a look through the library tomorrow and see what I can find.

Thank you. Which baby seat did you use. Both of mine are too wide for the base of the seat.

The brand is Baby Love - I'll double check if there's a model designation somewhere on the seat but I couldn't see anything more specific at first glance.

Recaro baby seats don't meet ADR's (if that matters)

Kinda stupid, they are safe enough for Europeans and Americans :doh:

It's most likely the case that no one has tested / passed them here.

Not sure if it's a federal or state law, but in QLD you are allowed to have a child seat (forward facing only) in the front seat of a 2 seater vehicle.
