Most tradies are tight ass's and don't want to pay big dollars to sling there tools around. Being dual cab as well it is useless for anyone who actually needs a ute.

I just can't see it working but hey 2018 is a long way away trends may change.

Dude, how many HSV ute's do you see around?????

Most of the tradies I know have the big Dualy for towing the Drag car/ski boat around on the weekend............

One would say that this is the target market for them.

I owned a Maloo.

What I am saying is the mass market. For every Maloo you see there is 10x Amarok or ranger.
The Wildtrack is the new Maloo in my local area. $50k for all the goods compared to the $80k+ for a Maloo.

Yes indeed.
I can see my my mrs doing that.
Many non tradie country folk like a dual cab for the addititional practicality over a land cruiser.
I like my Nivara stx but I'd consider one of these mercs.
