100% correct - very simple solution
MY average fine takes about 82 months to pay off.

And before they changed the system the points were allocated to my DL once the court case had been heard and then back dated to the day of the offence ,it worked well if one had to many points up and needed some to drop off.

I'd often stall the court case for 18 months ...
