Ferrari certainly  paved the way for other manufacturers with their Classiche program.

My understanding is that they are only doing 10 cars under the program.

This won't be a classiche type program, Jaguar is buying old E types to restore and selling them off at the large pricetag. Owners can't line up for their cars to be restored by the factory.

I'm pretty sure owners can get the factory to restore special cars ala Ferrari Classiche.

Other pages are reporting that Jaguar are buying the  cars, rebuilding and selling to new owners/clients.
