Funny story, a friend of mine has just renewed his lease(is that like a Rental ) and this time around went for a SLK 350.
He is a Pom, but I don't hold that against him.
So he has had it for 4 weeks and I was allowed to drive it on Saturday night.

Beautiful car to drive, just lovely. Anyway, we get pulled over by the Boys in Blue.
They ask me if I owned the car because a big, hairy bogan like me just does not look right in the drivers seat.

Well, I am not sure how it would have gone down if my friend who owned the car was not there to prove the rego, etc.

I am mortified!!!!!!! 

Can get some photos later if interested(of the SLK) but not for a few weeks, as my friend has gone back to the Mother land.

Ohh Just remembered I had some others recently from the Southward Car Museum in NZ
Sorry bout the blurry one, it was the worst of the lot and I didn't get a clear pic. It was hand built by some bloke in Petone (NZ) and it just seemed like a few different boxes welded together. I should get around to put all the photos up.
