Hi everyone Im looking at importing a used BMW M5 from the UK and need to get it certified as compliant by Australian standards. Does anybody know how I can do this / have any experience with this matter? You help would be much appreciated.

Yes I did however I couldn't find the original query and I haven't found out the information I need to import a vehicle. Someone was kind enough to give some general information but not the specific information I need about how to get an overseas vehicle passed as compliant with Australian standard. Perhaps you might know?

If you can't figure out how a forum works, then you have fuck all chance of importing ANYTHING into Australia, let alone a post 88 car that was supplied to OZ by the manufacturer.
