360's were being brought in quite cheaply when the exchange rates were more in our favour so prices went down because the market was flooded with imports. Changes with exchange rates have driven up the prices of good cars again.

If you can go a little older on age ... then the Gallardo is probably perfect.  A lot better looking than the R8 ... has oooodles of power, and in the right configuration will be fun to drive for a long time to come.

Plus, there are a stack of them under $200k ...

Some of the classics are now very pricey and are older than you're looking for anyway.
