C63 sound

M3 not so much

Hence the popularity of the C63

End of story.
BMW would have made a lot of the exhaust-related criticism go away (and would probably be selling more M3/M4's as a result) if they fitted the M Performance exhaust as standard.. would have been good if they put it in as part of the LCI upgrades.

Akrapovic-made, BMW-approved.

I agree. I think the sound seems to be the reason people are not responding well to the m3, because all comparison reviews pit them very closely if not the m3 slightly ahead.
I would only consider the m3 with the performance exhaust and with the current pricing I could get the m3 with the exhaust and the carbon fibre body kit and still be 10k below the c63 price.

This was my first impression when I first saw the C63 S on the road. Not denying they are an awesome machine, but they are a wolf in sheep's clothing... for some people that adds to their appeal.
Sometimes I look at pics of the c63 and think it looks more appealing, then other times I see a m3 and think that is the better looking. Very undecided. Both look good in different ways.
I would prefer a wolf in tigers clothing.

Both car are good, but I will choose the W205 C63 for 10K more.

Hahahah. Agreed 100% ... what's wrong with having a showy mega sedan/coupe!
C'mon, do it!

Just drove the c63 and loved it. Don't think I'm even going to bother driving the m3. Deal should be done in the next hour.
