They had the car outside for me to inspect. I said that it was too bright and hot to inspect the car but they said that was the best they could do at the depot. It was a 37 degree day. The car was slightly dirty and I was not able to fully assess the panels properly in the heat. Only found the dent after I tool it home and gave it a hand wash.

I think their delivery inspection sheets will say "no damage found".

I will be going to CEVA tomorrow for them to look at the car. Hopefully they will pay for repairs or else I have to go to a repairer myself to get the dent out. Anybody know of other prestige car repair places that I can get quotes from that will do a high quality perfect job?
Slightly dirty?

Didn't it leave the dealer clean?

You did tpt the car in a fully enclosed trailer right?

CEVA declined to repair the dent. Oh well. Lesson to everybody. Always inspect each and every panel meticulously at the time of delivery.
Don't despair - these days, those mobile fellas can do a stellar job!! My wife's daily driver is testament to that!!

Yes slightly dusty as it was parked outside in the hot 37 degree sun at the depot. It was a little windy as well and Wingfield is a very industrial area. Wind kicked up lots of dust. It was too bright to see clearly. Was squinting all the time. Next time I will get the transport company to deliver to my door.

If painting isn't required, you can't go past these guys.

They removed a tiny dent on our Fiat that another paintless guy said wasn't possible.

If painting is required, I like Cafasso.

Cafaso is excellent. If youre North of town Des Higgins Motor Bodies. From memory he's an authorised Rolls Royce and BMW crash repairer. His shop and work are exceptional.

Yes it was an enclosed trailer.

Did you use their standard enclosed trailer or their specialised prestige car service? I've used thier standard open and enclosed service without any problems. I think some here have used their specialised service but can't remember how it went.

I used CEVA's Enclosed Prestige service to transport my 360 and had a good experience. Only complaint was that the car was dropped off clean and when it arrived it showed signs that it had obviously rained when being loaded at departing location, would have been nice if they had loaded it under cover (being picky though).

The dents away guys were magic. They got out the dent and other dents completely.

Thankyou to those who recommended them.
