I thought I'd buy one this week but I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger. I think I've sold the E63 though. With kids growing up and leaving home there's no real need any more.

Cool. 2 doors only then from now on! (apart from the Tesla)
The general public is a terrible barometer of taste. Trust your own sensibilities.

Ok. I drove it today and I was very impressed with the total package.

In my mind the pros are;

1) Sounds Horn.
2) Very tail happy and playful.
3) It has absolutely everything including front and rear camera, heads up display, foot opening boot thing.
4) Fit and finish inside is to a high standard.
5) It's bloody cheap at $169k on road making it a perfect daily driver in my mind.

Cons;

1) I think it looks very similar to the stock C Class.
2) I hate the wheels.
3) It is clearly turbo charged which gives you that pulling feeling which I am not really a fan of.

So the only decision that I have to make is whether or not I want to sell the Bentley as the C63 is a much more practical car and Mrs Condor has stated that she would prefer to drive the C63 over the Bentley any day.  Then she popped in that a Cali would knock them both off.......

There are several wheel choices so that's easily fixed. Who would be the main driver?

I would probably drive it 3 - 4 days a week and the wife 1 - 2 which would make me happy as I love the titts off her Rangie.

Do it. I would have but I like the Boxster too much and now the kids have their own cars, I don't need a back seat.

Wait for the, likely, more attractive coupe maybe?

Maybe. Or something completely different. Or nothing.

Sometimes it's nice to go incognito..... and I still need the back seats too.
