Yes....and 997.2 will drop to 997.1 levels, and 997.1 to just above 996.

and then one day people will decide a 996 is a collector's item and it'll shoot above the values of all of them, especially since I just sold one!

Yes. 996s are great value at the moment. I recently bought a lovely ocean blue manual coupe with masses of history for 50k. It reminds me of when the 964 were the unloved child.

As for the 992......the styling department have clearly been burning the midnight oil with that design. I can barely recognise it as a 911! Astonishing!
