are turbot cars allowed in aust gt or gt racing in general

The McLaren, Nissan and Bentley GT3 all run turbo's

GT3 rules are generally production based ( apart from BMW with a v8 z4 or 8L camaro's but we'll leave that)

but that could be up in the air from 2016 with the rules FIA are after, I'm glad at the moment ACO have rejected and not changing rules.

2. If the GT3 RS is a Turbo what will the GT2 RS be?

That was my first thought when I saw the title of the thread.

All Porsches will be turbo soon. They'll need to be to meet future consumption and emission regs. The whole friggin' world seems to be going turbo.

And that's what may make the Speciale a keeper for me. Time will tell :)
