Let's talk I have something coming up which might work.
I'm in the city all week if you're up there at all, otherwise I'll be free next  Saturday.

I've had a few coffees with the guy who founded this site - which has been a long grind for him but is now picking up momentum.

Lots of the spots are for 'high security' buildings where renters are inner city and using the rental of their carpark to subsidise luxury apartment living. I've used it a few times to have cars parked in secure places for shorter periods.

I can see this as disruptive for the long term exotic parking market...

Well my idea was more than this. Any mug can hire a car-park.
What you need is secure, limited access (did I say secure) and maybe only 5-10 cars in your area (and even that worries me) I am interested in it from a business angle, but I think it will not work.

I am not interested in tax deductions I am only interested in revenue and success.

I feel the area in M2 this would consume would not make it pay. You would get more bang for your buck just renting the sucker or running a storage facility like Kennards.

But I stand to be proved wrong.

Ive got a 24/7 very secure car storage facility in Perth if anyone is looking for something close to the Airport. Individual units, with your own key. Came about as a result of my own interest in storing my own cars and bikes. Im about to build another in a different location that will be more like Fort Knox, or the Batcave. Dont know if there is a market there but am pretty sure there is if its done properly. Again if I wasnt interested for my own reasons, i dont think it would be attractive, but its become a fun project in its own right, and its always fun looking at what others have done in other cities (and tax deductible).
