i get inner city where its a trip to get a coffee and never pay for petrol, but i spend 3 months per annum in Thredbo.....electric would be as useful as a turtle on prozac

horses for courses. . Obviously it's not a car for you. ... It doesn't meet your needs.

There are so many excellent little things about all electric that is hard to know where to start.

Just one example, never having to think "I need to stop off for petrol before I go to ......."

Never having to feel guilty for driving 3 km, which would never properly warm up a car with ICE.

Quiet, smooth and effortless power.

And a huge plus is having something that not everyone else has.
I love my car. Buy your own

That alone gets me in.  The fascination with the technology does the rest. The fuel saving thing comes last for me. But I want to drive one first.

Most Tesla Model S owners have several other cars - it doesn't need to be best at everything to succeed.

I love that large ipad like screen - can see myself getting very distracted though!

Reviews so far have been nothing short of fantastic. A friend of mine in the US has one of these and absolutely loves it!

I've been pro nuclear for as long as I can remember.

Me too!  The sooner we look at that the better IMO.
