Looks like they put some 458 styled headlights on a modified old Supra, added a Z4 ducktail and then bogged on a really bad body kit. Makes those old Australian attempts at a supercar look good.

Co-developed with BMW
A Toyota official has confirmed the company is taking into consideration launching the BMW co-developed sportscar as a convertible.

The much-debated Toyota-BMW co-developed sports car could come to fruition as a convertible for Toyota as the model's chief engineer Tetsuya Tada says it would be a more viable business case as opposed to coming out with a GT 86 Convertible. The latter won't be launched due to Europe's economic downturn corroborated with slow U.S. sales of the coupe which wouldn't justify the added costs.

There aren't any confirmed details about what will power the car which is rumored to bring back the Supra moniker but it is expected to adopt a front-engine layout although Toyota is also considering a mid-engined supercar. Tetsuya Tada ruled out the possibility of a four-door GT 86 sedan but he did hint that an "entry" model is currently in the works.

Not going to lie I'll be very tempted once it lands here.

I like it, looks like how a concept car should look like. Water it down a bit for the road and the styling should be very palatable
