It begins, or does it. The article doesn't actually say the bus company is using Tesla tech (overhead wires) nor does there seem to be any tapping into of Tesla infrastructure: http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2014-06-18/proterra-an-electric-bus-maker-aims-to-follow-the-tesla-model#r=hp-ls I think the manufacturers who really adopt the tesla tech and leverage the infrastructure are yet to be in the market at all.
