FYI, this is what a car looks like during the wrapping process.

Because of the dismantling work involved to wrap each panel properly it is carried out by a licensed auto body tradesperson, hence the high labour cost. This same company wrapped a Holden SS Ute for $3,500.

Definitely not the kind of job I'd trust to cheap labour.

Was that the new XKRS used in the Targa Adelaide 2012, Samantha Stevens course car??

Since this post is like 4 years old I was wondering if anyone actually had their car wrapped? Any fade? stone chips? maintenance issues etc? I really like the look of brushed steel. I think that place on grand junction rd with the chrome 86 gives a 3 year warranty and they are a approved 3M installer. I'm kind of scared about them pulling the car apart but I guess that's what you have to do for a good finish.

Id love to do something like this to my M3 one day
