How big is Sweden and how big is Australia?

Only 6% the land mass of Australia but with 40% of the population...

I'm surprised that cars aren't engineered to roll off the line with dealer interchangeable parts/software to make them LHD/RHD.

Do Tesla's have hydraulic brakes, steering columns through the firewall , throttle linkages ???

Imagine changing every single road sign, gantry, traffic light system etc., in every single street and intersection in Australia and presumably having all done at the same.

Maybe they'll give it a go when they finish the NBN....

I think you would have a better chance of PP taking down his FF page and FF saying a 458 couldn't hit 301 at Phillip Island. Actually maybe changing to LHD would be easier.

Only 6% of the land mass and therefore a tiny fraction of the cost to change over the infrastructure. My point exactly.

Actually i think density would cause more of a problem. Changing major intersections, traffic lights and lined marking would be far more challenging than the occasional sign and reflectors on a long desolate section of road.

But 1967 was a long time ago no doubt.
