They're not on there yet - don't you want the pics kept private?

PS. How did the helicopter lessons go?

They are private when they are not linked to my name, so it's all good.

The first heli lesson was scary to begin with! You are taught in tiny little bubble 2 seaters so you can see all around you and they are unstable, so once you learn those, flying the big ones is a breeze.

When he did the first sharp turn to the left and I was sideways looking down straight to the ground with only the harness keeping me there I got that panicky buzz through the bottom of my spine  :scared:

I got used to it by the end and I like it now. I book my lessons according to the weather though, so unfortunately it looks like it'll take quite a while to get the 50 lessons done.

I remember my first helicopter ride being like what you described.  It was a freaky feeling being on your side looking at planet earth -  but after that it's al in your stride.

I used to have a fear of heights, so I decided to overcome it by learning microlights -  that quickly overcame the fear.

I'd love to fly a heli. What's a lesson worth?
$400+ per lesson. You need minimum 50 lessons to get your licence.

I was sms'd this today. Installing a kevlar clutch (good for 100,000km+, so I'll never have to do it again). Paul was very proud with the "kill" as you can see, although the car is supposed to be back together by Wednesday when I get back...:

FF and 360C rambled on for a couple pages about track cars, nothing to do with this thread so I snipped it.
