I heard that my usual car wash in Punt Rd is no longer. Is this right? What the best hand car wash near the city these days? Not too far from Chapel St please...

Wish I could help you but I do it myself. You are welcome to use my driveway, hose and equipment. Mario could do it if you want a superb job

Thanks Jon. Not pressing - just for future reference. Sometimes it's nice to get the day's grime off after driving over to catch the ferry. I've used Blue Planet before in City Road. But the Punt Road place was quite luxurious for a wash.

Be prepared for a good hour depending on when you take it in. I used to go to ZAG but not anymore as depending on their workload it can take quite a while. BTW they are very reasonable and do a great job

They do it slow to maximise viewing time I guess. If you aren't working, there are worse places to spend an hour, I guess. ;)

Never had a problem with time there . They give you a proper coffee and talk cars if you want to. All in all I don't think you'd go anywhere else once you've tried it especially with your cars.

Not sure if it's only available on Saturdays.....

Can I mention your name if I run into trouble? :p

It's a great way to get people into the dealership. I'm surprised more don't do it.

Certainly.... tell Mario, if he's still there, that the guy with the cheapest car they ever looked after recommended them to you. He'll know who you mean :)
