Yesterday, I drove solo from Adelaide to Melbourne to drop the Lambo for its 24,000km (!) service. I didn't have any music playing, and the road is hardly interesting, let I wasn't bored. Having no cruise control and an engine that wants to let rip made it an exercise in concentration. I didn't think about work for a second. It was a good brain-clearing experience.

It makes more sense to fly these days - maybe that's why I like to drive. :)

You still in Melb?

Dropping the car shortly, then flying home. I'll probably come back for it in a week.

24,000km!! Impressive stuff, might top the Gallardos total before you sell it.

How long does the drive to Melb take?
