Why don't you just get rid of them, don't need 'em, and it would save on weight.  ;)

Here you go :)
Just be careful. Jochen can get pretty pissy about people that photoshop his photos then post them...
A friend edited a photo of a GTR to include a guy with a remote control. Clearly as a joke and wasn't going to be posted outside our private forum and Jochen was not happy about it...

I went to the 'Ring earlier in the year and I have to agree that the place is simply amazing. It's the single main reason I'm now setting up my track car to do Targa Tasmania next year as I figure thats the closest thing we'll get to an experience like that over here.

When I went I hired a propper set-up track car from a company at the track called rent-racecar. It was a little BMW 135i that is basically stock except for a cage, race seats, better suspension and brakes. I was there mid week during late April and there was bugger all people there although the down side was other than my 1st lap it rained for the rest of the day. And on my 1st wet lap I was still pushing hard (probably harder than I should of) until an old BMW E30 crashed into the wall right infront of me. Car had 4 young blokes none of whom were wearing helmets in it.

After that I did a few more laps but slowed right down and just enjoyed the place. It's pretty special but also pretty wild! Other than the rise and fall, the one thing most people who know about it but have only seen video's / played it on playstation don't fully get is the speed of the place. When the new GT-R lapped it in 7min29s the average speed needed to do that lap is higher than what a V8 Supercar averages around Phillip Island raceway - which is not only the highest average speed track here in Oz but is also the highest average speed track on the MotoGP calander. There are some slowish sections but there are also some insanely fast sections that aren't straight!
