Al, you da man  I had a BLAST! I owe you big time buddy.

I got some top notch feedback from instructors, rode in the ISF twice and almost got to drive it, I was passenger in a HQ monaro race car. I also took the chance to explore the new tyres and suspension settings. Great day. Nice to meet you Ferrarista and Shane good to chat as always

I sort of looked strangely at people who said the R35 GTR was a fast but boring car to drive after i scored a passenger ride in one at the last day. I must say however, the ISF was incredibly more entertaining as a passenger and probably more engaging as a driver and it did it with 4 people on board! Love that car...

Here is a link to more pics from another forum I frequent, thanks to Justin Fox (MKV).

Neat coverage but silly that he's showing a lap timer. Way to get banned from any future events.

That shits me, as timing = racing from an insurance point of view, so it puts the Burrows organisers at risk to publise it - it' mentioned in EVERY briefing that timing gear throws their coverage out the window.
C'mon, do it!

Looks like everyone had fun.

Everyone except me in the rain that is...   :scared:

I didn't know the meaning of twitchy handling until I had the M Coupe out in the wet.  My video footage is hilarious:  understeer, oversteer, straight a bit, oversteer, oversteer some more, understeer...   give up and head for the pits...

But at least I got 2 dry sessions, which was enough to confirm that it's handling much better now that suspension and tyre pressures are sorted.
