In all seriousness what can we honestly expect from an industry motor show.

Generally everything gets squashed into a big hall in a very sterile environment underneath some harsh fluorescent lights. I could only see myself going to one these days if there were going to be significant presentations (e.g. the Sesto Elemento concept at Paris). This is Sydney though, so its not even commercially viable to bother turning up for most brands.

I'd much rather spend my morning/afternoon at the car club concours where you can get close to cars, chat to owners and see machines of significant provenance and heritage. Being a Sydney Sider, The Alfa and Ferrari/Maserati concours days amongst my favourite car days of the year.

I'm always looking forward to it but always end up disappointed, it's nothing compared to the European one's I used to go to.

Honda CR-Z, reminds me so much of the CRX.





The SLS and C63 were so hard to capture due to the lights above. The SLS was matt with orange highlights/badges. Interesting to say the least. And the C63 colour just speaks for itself.

Peugeot RCZ, once again love the carbon, but it's to Audi TT'ish.
