Very nice photos Laminator. However, I am a bit disappointed with the selection of Ferraris that were in attendance.

I'm sure that having been to Monterey during car week can make all other events look relatively timid.

Since I'd never attended an FCA concourse before, I had no real expectations, so I was actually kept fairly satisfied.

Anyone go out to Mallala?

I was driving behind a blue California up a back street at West Beach and it was billowing black smoke.

Wondered if he'd been out at the track day and had some problems?

This is a copy and paste, hope it works out ok..  I straightened out the wobbles that come from pasting as best I could.
to give you an idea of performance for this track, a friend who has raced here for a few years can run a mid 1.32 in his dead stock Toyota Yaris daily driver.
So you'd have to rate the Yaris pretty much a similar track car to a 512 TR

Perhaps the 512TR's were stuck in 2nd gear?

at Mallala they probably didnt get a chance to get out of second gear, might not have been stuck.
