Good mix of cars for the event. My application for the Toyota 86 was rejected.

wtf, they rejected a car, would have thought they need as many as they can get

yup, they particularly wanted solo F1 only, then realised numbers would be limited, once i submitted COD that the 5000 was in two gp's, got in

How many entries for the Sunday

Spoke to an organiser tonight, they have 50% of Sundays spots filled.
Sounds like they are being extra picky to try to maintain a standard.

Also there is a pack of 10 supercars being run on Sunday.

Wakefield Rd is being used. Apparently cars using the pedalprix return road is a big no no.

Quote from: Adelaide Motoring Festival Facebook:
GREAT NEWS if you have a tarmac rally car or a modern (post 1996) race car. We are creating an extra category for the Victoria Park Sprint on Sunday 13th. If you have not registered interest via the website, do so now as numbers are limited. Typical cars in this category will be FD RX7, EVO, WRX, R35 GTR, later Porsches etc

They have decide to fill the Sunday spots with cars which you see at numerous time a year at Mallala, Targa Adelaide, Mt Alma ....

So much for their vision of building a mini Goodwood Festival.
