Interesting.

Too much conflicting and poorly updated information though - have registered an account so might hear of any news that comes through.

True that. What a shambles of a site.

What would it take us to actually organise something properly and get the relevant authorities onboard?

Even at 8k per car these guys are talking about for 100 people, over 5 days ... it's not costing 1200/car/day to book a few hotel rooms and put on a buffet... That's just the entry fees, add in a few sponsors, a worthwhile charity or two and it's doable (though not sure if it's insurable or whether you could disclaim away some knucklehead not following the rules and causing a big accident...)
C'mon, do it!

I dont think its genuine...... The site is crap and not something a promoter would put a name to.

Great idea but, no mention of closed sections to go above speed limits ?
Nothing , no detail at all.

another dud.......

It has been thrown around for a while, so not sure if it is real but doesn't sound that good. These events are always going to be better in smaller groups.
