I wonder if that now means if you hire in Germany you can take them into France from now on?  Had to change cars in Stuttgart a coupe of months ago to go to Geneva via France.

I just did some great driving in France last week.  Great roads.  Would make it a great trip to include France in future drives with the 911.

I'm guessing Avis Germany haven't changed their rules but I'm keen to drive Route Napoleon etc. so it's nice to know it's possible.
