Speaking of Valentino Balboni. What a lovely genuine and unassuming man.
One of the loveliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
What a wonderful ambassador for Lamborghini.

Nothing was a problem for him during his visit.
He loved meeting us all and signing autographs etc.

I am not sure if I would have his patience if I was in his position.

A true gentleman.

He also signed the dash of my Countach.

I was very impressed with the show.

My favourites in order were as follows;

1) Green Muira's owned by Mark Jansen that one best Italian at pebble beach this year.

Just to clarify, Mark Jansen's Miura S won at Concorso Italiano, not Pebble Beach. Still a wonderful achievement.

Best of show went to the 1921 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost Rothschild Tourer which recently starred in the film "The Great Gatsby".

Also congratulations to FerrariFixer, JM's Dino won its class and comprehensively won the overall 'People's Choice Award'.

1) Green Muira's owned by Mark Jansen that one best Italian at pebble beach this year.
2) Red Lp400 Periscopo also owned by Mark Jansen.
3) Red 275 Shipped from Monaco
4) Silver DB5
5) Red LP 5000 with white leather, a little untidy, but still gorgeous! (Lorbek Display)
6) Silver/Blue 190SL absolutely gorgeous!!

Some other interesting cars were;

1) The Blue jag that was identical to a Ford FPV.
2) Completely original Model T Ford.
3) the new Jag convertible! They are going to sell shed loads of tem!
4) the Aston Martin Lagonda, in particular the futuristic dash.

Condor man you are a man of true class and discernment! I own the Lagonda and it makes me laugh every time I look at it! William Towns was on drugs and alcohol when he designed this contraption. Did you notice the slight curve in the A pillar? Why would you do that? Bonkers and a delight to cruise in! :-)

Actually, congratulations to Carl. ... He did most of the work on that Dino. As everyone knows he's totally anal when it comes to attention to detail.

I believe Xtreme Industries did the sublime paint work too.
