The president of the Mercedes Benz Club NSW has extended an invitation to myself and to pass on to others for a Supercar Gathering/Concourse being held on Sunday 4th November 2012 at the Richmond Polo Club.

This is the second show that they will be running following the first successful one they held at Le Montage earlier this year.

Applicable entry to those who would like to display their vehicle/s is open to all Supercars and Classics.

There is also general admin for those who would just like to come along to see the show.

This is a proper organised event with official sponsorship from Polo Ralph Lauren amongst others, and there will also be official displays by Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, McLaren, etc on the day as well as possible attendance by some local celebrities (as was the case at the last event held at Le Montage)

Let me know if you are keen on going and/or displaying your vehicle on the day, looks to be like a great event like the last one (which I unfortunately missed) to mingle with other like minded enthusiasts.

They seem to be avoiding competition with the Melbourne Motorclassica by going for more modern exotics.

Not exactly a re-birth, they have had these events planned in the pipeline for a while and the Concours D'elegance itself I believe will be held again next year, the Supercar D'elegance you could say is more of a "spin-off" event.
